انواع آجر لفتون

آجر لفتون در انواع مختلف با رنگ‌ها و سایزهای متفاوتی تولید می‌شوند که انواع آن عبارتند از:

• آجر لفتون کوچک (قالب کوچک): معمولاً با ابعاد ۵×۱۰×۲۱ سانتی‌متر برای تیغه‌چینی داخلی استفاده می‌شود.
• آجر لفتون بزرگ (قالب بزرگ): با ابعاد ۷×۱۰×۲۱ سانتی‌متر که برای دیوارهای باربر و سوله کاربرد دارد.
• آجر لفتون عراقی: این نوع آجر معمولاً در ابعاد بزرگتر تولید شده (۲۳*۱۱*۷ سانتی متر).
• آجر ۴ طرف نما: تمام اضلاع آن صاف و یکدست است و برای دیوارهای تک‌جداره (۱۰ سانتی) که هر دو طرف آن دیده می‌شود کاربرد دارد.
• آجر ۳ طرف نما: یک سمت آن برای اتصال بهتر به ملات کمی زبرتر است و برای دیوارهای ضخیم‌تر (۲۰ و ۳۵ سانتی) استفاده می‌شود.

  کیفیت آجر سوراخ دار

  آجر سوراخ دار در سه نوع کیفیت متفاوت تولید می‌شود که کیفیت آن به میزان مرغوبیت خاک مورد استفاده برای ساخت و روش ساختش بستگی دارد. انواع درجه کیفی آجر سوراخ دار عبارت است از:

• آجر لفتون ممتاز: آجر لفتون ممتاز به روش تمام اتوماتیک ساخته می‌شود و نیروی انسانی و روش‌های سنتی در تولید آن هیچ نقشی ندارند. خاک رس به کار رفته برای آن نیز دارای بهترین کیفیت است.
• آجر لفتون درجه یک: برای تولید آجر لفتون درجه ۱ از ترکیبی از روش‌های اتوماتیک و سنتی استفاده می‌شود و نیروی انسانی نیز در ساخت آن دخیل می‌شود.
• آجر لفتون درجه دو: حدود ۹۰% از فرایند تولید آجر سوراخ دار درجه ۲ به صورت دستی و سنتی انجام می‌شود و پس قالب‌گیری، برای خشک شدن به جای کوره آن را در مقابل آفتاب می‌گذارند.

• مزایای استفاده از آجر لفتون در ساختمان

  از مزایای آجر سوراخ دار می‌توان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:

• مناسب بودن قیمت آجر لفتون
• استحکام فشاری بالا و مناسب برای سازه‌های نیمه‌باربر.
• وزن سبک که باعث کاهش بار مرده ساختمان می‌شود.
• جذب آب استاندارد که از پوسیدگی و نم‌زدگی جلوگیری می‌کند.
• مقاومت عالی در برابر حریق و تغییرات دمایی (سرما و گرمای شدید).

  Types of Lefton Bricks
  Lefton bricks are produced in different types with different colors and sizes, the types of which are:

  Small Lefton brick (small mold): Usually with dimensions of 5×10×21 cm, used for interior cladding.
  Large Lefton brick (large mold): With dimensions of 7×10×21 cm, used for load-bearing walls and sheds.
  Iraqi Lefton brick: This type of brick is usually produced in larger dimensions (23*11*7 cm).
  4-sided brick: All its sides are smooth and uniform and is used for single-walled walls (10 cm) where both sides are visible.
  3-sided brick: One side is slightly rougher for better adhesion to mortar and is used for thicker walls (20 and 35 cm).
  Quality of perforated bricks
  Perforated bricks are produced in three different qualities, the quality of which depends on the quality of the soil used for construction and the method of construction. The types of quality grades of perforated bricks are:

  Premium Lefton Brick: Premium Lefton Brick is made in a fully automatic way, and human labor and traditional methods play no role in its production. The clay used for it is also of the best quality.
  First-grade Lefton Brick: A combination of automatic and traditional methods is used to produce Grade 1 Lefton Brick, and human labor is also involved in its production.
  Second-grade Lefton Brick: About 90% of the process of producing Grade 2 perforated bricks is done manually and traditionally, and after molding, they are left in the sun to dry instead of in a kiln.
